Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show:
Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. Please understand with late cancellations, we may miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time or it prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or a cancellation fee may apply.
- We require a booking fee at the time of booking. Amount is listed in the appointment listing and may vary.
By paying this booking fee, you agree to Eye Lash You & Brow Studio’s booking policy.
BOOKING POLICY – Your booking fee secures your appointment. Your paid fee will be applied as credit towards your service(s). Eye Lash You & Brow Studio has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your funds to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, your funds will NOT be refunded and you will need to make a new booking fee to reschedule.
Late:
Due to scheduling commitments, we may need to reschedule any clients that are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reduce the service. You will still be charged full price. Should you be more than 15 minutes late and we had to cancel your appointment, your paid booking fee will not be refunded and you will need to make a new booking fee to reschedule. Please let us know in advance if possible when you're late.
Refund:
We will make every effort to satisfy client's wishes and troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you have concerns with a service you received, you have 48 hours to contact us. If possible, we prefer you letting us know immediately at appointment so we have the opportunity to fix. All retail product purchases are final sale.
